Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Naturally Slayed is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at our customer support email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Naturally Slayed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
